Proposals - Editing An Offer Record

  • Summary

    This is the screen where summary information about the offers is displayed.

    The Summary screen displays Company Information, Offer Details, Description, Transaction Date Information, Offer Items, Current Account Status, Payment Plan, Conditions, Fixed Fields, and Basic Components Summary.

    In the Operations menu, you can perform tasks such as Creating a Copy, Exporting to an Excel Template, Creating a Revision, Saving as a Template, Saving as a PDF, Deleting a Record, Closing an Offer, or Canceling an Offer.

    Using the transfer menu, offers can be converted to Proforma, Order, Delivery Note, or Invoice.

    You can update the offer stage to Pending, Won, Lost, or Canceled through the Stages menu.

  • Edit

    The Proposal Document is prepared.

    On the editing screen, you can modify the following information: Supplier, Customer, Offer No, Probability of Realization, Offer Category, Source, Channel, Offer Language, Subject, Offer Preparer, Description, Date Information, Delivery Features, Price Settings, Offer Item Settings, Fields to Be Displayed, Fixed Fields, and Feature Sets.

  • Offer Items

    This is the screen where the offer items are displayed.

    On the offer items screen, Product Code, Product Name, and Product Code/Name information are listed. A product can be added by clicking the 'Add New' button, while products can be quickly added using the 'Quick Add' button. In the Operations menu, tasks such as Add New Group, Copy Group, Transfer to Excel, Re-Update Item Prices, and Add Bulk Products can be performed.

  • Offer Groups

    This is the screen where Single Groups are displayed.

    In the single groups screen, Group Name, Test Parameter, Parameter, Unit Price, Quantity, Total Amount information is listed.

  • Discounts

    On the Discounts screen, Customer Discount and Invoice Sub-Discount settings are made and saved.

  • Parameters

    Parameter settings are made and saved on the Parameters screen.

  • Rules

    Rule settings are made and saved on the rules screen.

  • Stage Dates

    This is the screen where the stage dates are set.

    Stage, Date, Stage Change Date information is updated on the Stage Dates screen. The Date , Transaction Performer , and Transaction Date information is included in the Transaction Records table.

  • Fixed Fields

    Fixed Fields are divided into five categories: Salutation/Presentation, Payment Plan, Terms, and Fixed Field. These fields can be customized according to the company’s preferences in the Settings menu.

    Title and Presentation Text information is edited on the Salutation/Presentation, Payment Plan, Terms, Fixed Field screens.

  • Feature Set Data

    The Feature Set Data screen displays Enterprise websites.

  • Offer File

    The Offer Files are displayed.

    The Offer File screen includes details such as Order, Page Definition, Page Title, and Edit information. A new Offer File can be added by clicking the 'Add New' button. In the top menu, you can preview the file, load Default Pages, and create the document.

     

     

  • Revisions

    This is the screen where revisions are displayed.

    On the Revisions screen, No , Proposal No , Subject / Description , Revision Made by / Date, Price information is included.

  • Metadata

    This screen displays the metadata fields, which can be imported using Excel.

    Metadata fields Keyword and Value information is entered. After all operations are completed, it is saved by pressing the Save button.
