A stage is added by pressing the Add New Stage button.
To add a stage definition, Stage Information, Approval Process, Stage Options information is entered. After all operations are completed, the Save button is pressed to save. The stage is edited by clicking on the added stage.

-Stage Color
A color representing the stage is selected. The color representing the stage allows records to be easily separated in the lists according to their stages and status.
-User Authorizations
The user sees the records at this stage, receives notifications, can make stage changes, and is given authorizations that are selected according to preference.
Authorized Users
The authorized users' Name and Surname information is listed on the authorized users screen. By clicking on the authorized user, stage authorizations are edited.
-Editing Stage Authorizations
Authorized users are given authority at each stage to edit stage authorizations. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the Save button.
Status definitions can be created under stages.

Authorized Users
Name and Surname information of authorized users are listed on the Authorized Users screen. Stage authorizations are arranged by clicking on the authorized user.
-Edit Status Authorizations
Authorization is granted to the authorized user at each stage to edit status authorizations. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the Save button.

By pressing the Add New button, a permission type definition is added depending on the company's preference.
To add a leave definition, enter Title, Code, Wage Status, Gender, Leave Duration, Maximum Leave Amount, Minimum Leave Amount, and Order information. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the Save button.
Public holidays are displayed.
On the Picture Holidays screen, Order, Title, Holiday Type, Start Date, End Date, Number of Days information are listed in a table.
A holiday day is added by pressing the Add New button.
To add an Official Tail, a holiday day is added by entering the Title, Holiday Day, and Description information.
This is the screen where Mail Form settings are displayed.
On the Mail Form Settings screen, Queue, Mail Form, and Mail Account information are listed in a table. Mail is edited by clicking on the form.
General information is edited and saved on the Mail Form Settings page.
Calendar integration can be made from the calendar settings.
An external link is provided on the External Link screen.
On the Sms Form Settings screen, SMS Form, Form Key, SMS Account information are listed in a table. SMS is edited by clicking on the form.
General information is edited on the SMS Form settings screen. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the Save button.
Automatic Numbering ensures that a certain field increases automatically with each new record.
Fill in the Prefix and Suffix fields as desired or leave them blank.
Give an initial value to the Automatically Increased Number field. For example, if you give 1000, the following numbers will go like 1000, 1001, 1002...
