General Settings - User Interface

  • Appearance Settings

    This is the screen where the application's appearance settings are made.

    Applications

    -Color Scheme

    Light Theme / Color Theme / Dark Theme – Theme color is set.

    For color scheme, customized or fixed color is available.

    An option to have Basic Components open in applications may appear.

    Screens

    -Color Scheme

    Light Theme, Colorful Theme, Dark Theme – Theme color is set.

    -Application Buttons

    The option to show application buttons on the screens can be selected.

    Upper Band

    -Color Scheme

    Light Theme, Colorful Theme, Dark Theme – Theme color is set.

    Display Panel

    -Color Scheme

    Light Theme, Colorful Theme, Dark Theme – Theme color is set.

    -Screen Buttons Location

    Top, Left, Bottom

    Hidden, Icons Only, Icons and Text – selected by preference.

    User Panel

    - Color Scheme

    Light Theme, Colorful Theme, Dark Theme – Theme color is set.

    The above components for the user panel are selected according to preference.

    Text Settings

    The preferred font type and size is selected.

    Login Screen

    The word of the day can be displayed on the home screen. Preferably the list is selected.

    Login Screen Background

    Photo of the Day, Special Image, Fixed Color – The screen background is adjusted according to preference.

    Entranet Login Logo

    The file is added by selecting it.

    Added and updated information is saved by pressing the Save button.

  • Access Settings

    This is the screen where access settings are made.

    On the access settings screen, Entranet Title, External URL Link, SSL Usage, IP Restriction settings are made. After all operations are completed, they are saved by pressing the Save button.

  • Currency Settings

    This is the screen where foreign currency settings are made.

    The currency used is selected.

    Code, Name, Current Rate, New Rate, Base Rate, Delete menu information is listed in a table.

    Update from TCMB

    Date and Type of Rate to be Obtained can be entered manually. It is automatically updated by pressing the Get Rates from TCMB button.

    After all operations are completed, save them by pressing the Save button.

  • Price Settings

    The price settings to be used and displayed in applications are determined.

     

  • Quantity Settings

    Quantity settings to be used and displayed in applications are determined.

  • Tax Settings

    Tax Settings are divided into two: VAT Definitions and Tax Definitions.

    VAT Definitions

    On the VAT definitions screen, VAT Rate and Status information are listed as a table.

    The VAT rate is added by clicking the Add New VAT Rate button.

    To add a VAT rate, enter the VAT Rate, Order, Status information. After all operations are completed, press the Save button to save.

    Tax Definitions

    On the Tax Definitions screen, Title, Tax Rate (%), Include in VAT Base, Include in Grand Total, Status information are listed as a table.

    Add New Tax

    To add a new tax, the Title, Tax Type, Calculation Method, Tax Rate, Include in VAT Base, Include in General Total, Status, and Order information is entered. After all operations are completed, the Save button is pressed to save.

    Add New Tax Type

    To add a tax type, Title and Order information is entered. After all operations are completed, it is saved by pressing the Save button.

  • Language Definitions

    This is the screen where language definitions are displayed.

    Language Name on the Language definitions screen, Abbreviation, Status contains Usage information on the Entranet.

    A language is added by pressing the Add New Language button.

    To add a new language, Language, Order, Status, Usage information on Entranet is entered. After all operations are completed, it is saved by pressing the Save button.

  • Country Definitions

    This is the screen where country definitions are displayed.

    In the country definitions screen, Abbreviation , Country Name , Global Country , Status information is listed in a table.

    The country definition is added by pressing the Add New Country button.

    To add a country, enter the setting information as Country, Order, Status, Global country. Click on the added country to open the edit card.

    -General Information

    In the general information screen, Country Name, Country Code, Status, and setting information as a global country are entered.

    -Language Options

    On the Language Options screen, the Languages to be Used are set to Default settings.

    -Currency Options

    Currencies to be used on the Currency Options screen, Default settings are made.

    -VAT Options

    The VAT settings to be used are made on the VAT options screen.

    -Payment Method Options

    On the Payment Method Options screen , the Payment Methods to be used are set to their default settings.

  • Translations

    Helps improve translations of Entranet into other languages.

  • Suspended

    Suspend mode is designed for processes such as system maintenance and server migration.

    While this mode is active, Entranet and websites will not work, and no changes can be made to the records.

    An authorized user can unlock the lock.

  • About

    This is the screen where your about information is displayed.

    The About screen includes Entranet Title, External URL Link, Entranet CRMID, Alias, Mode, Properties, Tags information.
