Stock Alarm application is a software used to monitor the stock levels of a business and to provide automatic alerts for products that fall below critical levels. This application creates an alarm for products that fall below certain stock levels, allowing timely stock replenishment processes to be initiated and preventing possible stock out situations.

The purpose of the Stock Alarm application is to prevent sales and production losses that may occur due to stock out by optimizing the inventory management of businesses, automatically monitoring critical stock levels and giving warnings when necessary. It also helps businesses reduce stock costs and increase customer satisfaction.

This is the screen where the customer list is displayed.

On the customer list screen, Customer Information, Number of Items, Emails Not Sent, Stock, and Last Movement information are listed in a table format.

Settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the company's preference from the General Settings menu.

This is the screen where the Mail Form settings are displayed.

The Mail Form Settings screen includes the Mail Form, Form Key, and Mail Account information. Editing is done by clicking on the mail form.

On the editing screen, Mail Account, Mail Template, Copy Recipients, Blind Copy, Blind Copy Recipients information is edited. Label information is included.

On the Authorized Users screen, users are given the required authorizations and saved.
