Definition

The Shelf Addressing application is a software that allows products to be placed on specific shelves in warehouses and stores and to address these shelves. This application records the shelf where each product is located, making it possible to easily find and manage products. With this application, users can organize the placement of products in their warehouses or stores and track which shelves the stocks are on.

Aim

The purpose of the Shelf Addressing application is to ensure that products are placed in an orderly manner in warehouses and stores and can be easily found; thus optimizing stock management, preventing loss of time and increasing operational efficiency. The application accelerates logistics processes and reduces the error rate by systematizing product placement.

It is the login screen of the shelf addressing application.

Shelf Addresses

This is the screen where shelf addresses are displayed.

On the shelf addressing screen, Cell Code, Cell Name, Products, Barcode, Quantity information is listed in a table. Fast Transport with Barcode and Fast Count with Barcode are performed. Details can be accessed by clicking on the shelf.

Cells

In the cells and boxes screen, Address Code, Address Name, Barcode, Quantity, Transaction information is listed in a table.

Census

On the counting screen, Address Code, Address Name, Barcode, Quantity, Counted, Difference information is listed in a table.

Stocks

This is the screen where stocks are displayed.

Product Image on the Stocks screen, Product / Manufacturer Code, Product Name , Model Name, Addressed, Unaddressed, Stock information is listed in tabular form.

Reports

This is the report screen where the stock quantities of products and the addressed quantity differences are examined on a warehouse basis.

On the Shelf Address Difference Report screen, Warehouse , Product Code, Product , Addressed , Contains stock information.

The settings document can be accessed via the relevant menu.

Transactions

Operations are divided into two: Addressing and Barcode Operations.

Addressing

Warehouses are displayed on the addressing screen. Addressing information is displayed by clicking on the warehouse.

The product is added by searching the barcode. Product Code, Product Name, Manufacturer Code , Brand , Stock Quantity , Amount information is listed in a table.

Barcode Transactions

To perform bulk barcode updates, Barcode Type, Barcode Number, Barcode Prefix information is entered.

General Settings

Settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the company's preference from the General Settings menu.

The color of the application is saved by selecting the preferred color.

If the company has more than one branch, accounts can be defined separately for each branch.

Product images can be shown.

Authorized Users

Having certain authorities in the company is an important element that increases organizational efficiency and workflow. Authorization ensures a clear distribution of tasks and responsibilities.

On the Authorized Users screen, users are given the required authorizations and saved.

Filtering Settings

Filtreleme ayarları, bir sistemde veya uygulamada  belirli kriterlere göre verileri sınıflandırmak için kullanılır. Bu ayarlar, kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun içerikleri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Bölgeler alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Stoklar ve Raf Adresleme menüsünde farklı filtreleme alanları mevcuttur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Bölge, Stok Durumu alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Depo, Durum alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.
