Definition

The Personnel Announcements Application enables internal company announcements to be managed centrally and communicated effectively to all employees.

Aim

The purpose of the Personnel Announcements Application is to strengthen internal communication, ensure that employees have timely and complete access to important information, facilitate the follow-up of announcements and increase consistency in organizational processes.

  1. Gathering all announcements on a single platform allows employees to easily access information.
  2. Important announcements can be instantly communicated to all employees, thus accelerating the notification process.
  3. By ensuring that employees confirm that they have read and understood the announcements, the effectiveness of information sharing is increased.
  4. Announcements can be targeted to specific departments, groups or the entire staff, preventing unnecessary misinformation.
  5. Past announcements are archived to ensure access when necessary and to preserve institutional memory.

Login Screen

This is the Staff Announcements login screen.

Unread Announcements

Create announcements for your entire staff or for people you specify.

Unread Announcements: Announcements that you have not yet read and to which you are a relevant person are listed here.

 

Current Announcements

Current Announcements: Announcements that are published on the date you click are listed according to the Publication Date Range specified in the General Information menu when creating the announcement.

Deleted Announcements

The deleted announcement list is displayed.

Corporate Communications Announcements

Corporate Communication Announcements: It is one of the announcement categories. By default, it comes defined in the Entranet installation. Thanks to the category-based breakdown, announcements are listed according to certain categories.

 

Human Rights Announcements

Human Resources Announcements: It is one of the category headings. By default, it comes defined in the Entranet installation (determined from the Settings – Announcement Categories area). Thanks to the category-based breakdown, announcements are listed according to the relevant categories as Fair, General, Information, Leave, Travel and Event.

The fair announcement list is displayed.

The General Announcement list is displayed.

Informational announcements are listed.

Permission announcements are displayed.

Travel announcements are listed.

Event announcements are listed.

The settings document can be accessed via the relevant menu.

General Information

This is the screen where general information is displayed.

Click on the Add New Announcement button, enter the Category, Title, Publication Date Range and Announcement Detail (announcement text) on the page that opens, and click on the save button.

Click on the relevant announcement in the announcement list to view it.

When you click on an announcement from the announcement list, you can access the summary of the announcement and the reading status information of the relevant people.

 

Summary

Information is listed on the summary screen.

Edit

Relevant announcement arrangements are made from the general information screen.

 

Related Persons

Related People: People who are wanted to be informed about the announcement are added.

 

Linked Files

Attached Files: A new file is uploaded for the announcement record.

General Settings

Settings are customized by selecting the settings to be used according to the company's preference from the General Settings menu.

Announcement Categories

Announcement Categories: This area includes categories that are automatically defined with the installation. When adding an announcement, a category selection is made. Category definitions can be deleted, changed and new records can be added.

 

Authorized Users

Authorized Users: Authorized users are listed. Authorization can be added/removed for the desired user.

Personal Settings

Kişisel Ayarlar, kullanıcının bir yazılım veya platform üzerindeki deneyimini özelleştirmesine olanak tanıyan bir modüldür. Bu tür bir uygulama, kullanıcının kendi tercihlerine göre çeşitli ayarları yapılandırabilmesini sağlar. 

Personel Duyuruları uygulamasını özelleştirmek için Listeleme Ayarları yapılır. 

Listeleme Ayarları

Detay Gösterim Yöntemi;  Sekme veya Popup seçilir. 

Varsayılan Takvim Filtresi; Günlük, Haftalık, Aylık, Senelik veya Tümü olarak seçilir. 

Varsayılan Tarih Filtresi; Kayıt Tarihi, Başlangıç Tarihi veya Bitiş Tarihi seçilir. 

Sayfalamada Kayıt Sayısı; 25, 50, 100, 250 veya 500 olarak seçilir. 

Filtering Settings

Filtreleme ayarları, bir sistemde veya uygulamada  belirli kriterlere göre verileri sınıflandırmak için kullanılır. Bu ayarlar, kullanıcıya yalnızca ilgili veya uygun içerikleri sunmaya yardımcı olur. 

Filtreleme ayarları ekranında Tarih Aralığı alanları seçilerek filtreleme yapılır.
